Growing up in a beach town on the South Shore of Massachusetts, Adam has always had a keen interested in real estate. It started when his parents completed the purchase of his family home on his birthday. As a teenager, he didn’t realize the positive effect this ‘birthday gift’ would have on him. Watching the closing process would be the beginning of his interest in real estate. After that, he started reading and researching anything and everything related to real estate. He was initially interested in the legal aspect of real estate, which eventually evolved into sales.

After attending and graduating from the University of Massachusetts (Boston), Adam started my career by working for a small law firm specializing in family law. After getting his feet wet, he had the opportunity to advance my career and was employed by one of the largest real estate firms in the Northeast. Subsequently, he was employed at a real estate firm specializing in title and closing work and learned the ins-and-outs of different types of real estate transactions and obtained his real estate license. Before starting his agent career and joining Local Property Shop, he assisted an attorney in starting and growing a now successful real estate firm.

Adam’s knowledge and experience of real estate law paired with the sales process have given him the unique ability to help his clients in a variety of real estate transactions. He genuinely enjoys helping individuals, couples, and families from finding their first apartment through purchasing their first house and beyond. It is his goal to make the transaction as simple and easy for his client as possible. It is personally rewarding to him when he can hand the keys over to his client. At that point, he knows that he has done his job.
